Fasol Menin is the name of a wine producer in Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG. The vineyards are on rolling hillsides which are intensively farmed and situated in the prime terroir. This winery, new and perfectly integrated into the beautiful landscape, represents the true spirit of Silvana de Nardo’s (co-owner) project. Open to local as well as international influences, she wanted to create an environment that would be dedicated to art with high quality prosecco alongside music, theater or exhibitions of paintings, sculpture or photography.
