Eugenio Collavini was the first to provide quality wine for Udine, Italy's finest families and never imagined that one hundred years later they would be distributed all over the world. In 1983 another innovative change in the sparkling wine industry brought their company to fame with Ribolla Gialla Spumante, created by an attentive research and a unique process of blending Prosecco and Chardonnay grapes together. By those years, more properties were acquired such as vineyards in Slovenia which produced high-quality white varieties like Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling Italico e Gewürztraminer.
