The Fidora Estate is a family-owned, organic vineyard and winery in Piemonte Italy. The 160 hectare estate includes 80 hectares of vines that are immersed between trees, meadows, wood s and ponds. Biotopes which define the property and favor the natural presence of wildlife as well as more generally develop considerable animal and vegetal richness that guarantees biodiversity and environmental balance for wine production on the company's grounds. These include ancient layers of "caranto" (a compact limy-argillaceous ground with calcareous nodules), long cultivated by man to produce wine grapes.
