Grandfather Aldo inherited the Col del Lupo from his father Abele, a hill planted with vineyards and a small house with an impressive view of the hilly amphitheater where Prosecco Valdobbiadene DOCG is celebrated.
It was 1942 when this gift began to commit him throughout life - he never forgot it for many reasons: It's beautiful, peaceful, full of grape vines that produce wine which can be enjoyed every day in one form or another.
This inheritance has been passed down through generations as we grandchildren Marco & Giulia manage now because our mother Diana shares her love for what makes us happy; The land and its fruit!
In 2016, the “La Tea” vineyard was added to Col del Lupo in DOCG territory of Rolle. Today as then, our vineyards all develop on hills and reach steep slopes where advanced machinery gives way to hands and baskets; at these heights Prosecco Valdobbiadene reaches its true excellence.
