When you visit, Le Volpere will proudly show off their 10 hectares of vineyards which are split up across various locations in this territory where many other families have also been for generations before them.
Le Volpere Wine Farm has always been rooted to these lands with its first generation running it as well as farming vines since time immemorial until today when Luca and Matteo De Rosso took over ownership but still continued to do what was done before--producing wines on site from grapes grown by local farmers.
The vineyards are carefully managed according to the principles of integrated viticulture. This allows for an environmentally friendly, sustainable production that is as non-impactful on nature as possible. The desire and passion behind this chain goes all the way back with particular attention given to how a wine's land is taken care of, balancing out vines grown in different areas while emphasising selection from around Italy.
