The Valdoc Sartori winery is situated in Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene. The Sartori family has been cultivating the vines for over fifty years, using to traditional criteria. The hilly terrain, highly suited to grape growing, and the good position of the vineyards of this winery, guarantee optimal exposure of the plants to the sun. All this contributes to the excellent quality of grapes which by careful treatment in the winery produce an equally high quality wine. With attention paid to growing grapes without forcing, the Winery works fifteen hectares of vines all completely DOCG (controlled designation of origin).
