Paolo Sanfeletto, the founder of the winery, was born in 1938 and he began his apprenticeship as a wine grower at age 15. In 1961 he started working with his father Francesco on the farm which had been in family for over 100 years. In 1972 Paolo became head of production of Prosecco sparkling wines and today is still producing this excellent product with 45 years experience. His wife Anna Maria has always supported him in all these experiences and together they have four children Alberto, Nicola, Francesco and Giovanni who are also part of the company: Alberto works in vineyard; Nicola takes care of export business; Francesco helps with marketing while Giovanni operates tasting room.
