San Gregorio, a family-owned winery that has been devoted to the production of Prosecco wine in Valdobbiadene for generations, is pleased to introduce their products. San Gregorio's philosophy is based on Passion, Experience, Quality and Tradition four core values that are captured in our production of a Prosecco of excellence. The process begins with harvesting grapes carried out entirely by hand in a joyful and celebratory atmosphere; it continues with bottling using new technologies which provide a better realisation of the winemaking process and ensure that we can guarantee provenance and quality or origin throughout our product range.
