The Merotto family has been making wine in the Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore area for centuries. The company is located at the foot of the Veneto Prealps, halfway between Venice and the Dolomite mountains. Surrounded by hillside Glera vineyards, this winery is a testament to their heritage that will be dedicated forever to wine-making. Agostino Merotto was already well-known for his sparkling wines in early 20th Century but it was only in late 1980s when he expanded with new facilities, technology and organization under his son's direction.
