In 1978, Luigino Zago decided to make a life-changing decision: he would dedicate his family's land exclusively to the cultivation of vines. Following in the footsteps of his intense passion for wine, he opened what is now called La Fonte. The company has grown and thrived over the years under Luigino’s leadership and it continues to produce wines which are among Italy’s best.
