Vini Le Terre is a small family-owned winery in Veneto, Italy. The vineyards are located on the slopes of Colli Asolani hills, where the soil is rich in clay and limestone. This creates an excellent environment for grape production, with plenty of sun exposure and fresh air circulation that produces grapes with great flavor and aroma. Their wine is made using traditional methods that date back to Roman times: meticulous care during harvesting; natural fermentation; aging in oak barrels for at least 18 months before release – all this combines to create high quality Italian prosecco!
