Located in the heart of Italy's renowned Valdobbiadene DOCG region, Col Vetoraz is on a hill that rises to nearly 400 meters above sea level. The Miotto family settled here back in 1838 and began cultivating vines right away as this was one of the highest points around close to Cartizze Hill-whose fame has spread throughout all wine lovers world wide! In 1993 Francesco Miotto joined forces with Agronomist Paolo De Bortoli and Oenologist Gianni Ferrari for an even more successful vineyard harvest season.
