In the Treviso lowlands, Cantine Maschio's distiller Bonaventura has been making a name for himself since following in his ancestors' footsteps. For generations they have made wine with innovation and tradition; their collection is only growing as new techniques are bringing about innovations, such as cold extraction methods that bring out aromas and fragrances released by processing. Cantine Maschio is a family-owned winery nestled amongst the hills of Veneto, Northern Italy. Founded by Bonaventura Crespi in 1973 after returning from his studies abroad, this vineyard specializes in cold extraction techniques to produce elegant wines that are highly aromatic and fragrant with nuanced flavors.
