Bàmboi Sas, the curious name of our vineyard means "gleaming gems" in the Venetian dialect, and expresses a deep connection to nature with vines. The tradition of winemaking has been passed down from generation to generation in my family; it grows today thanks to Bàmboi grapes which every spring blossom into new fruit just like gleaming gems on the branches that are tended by qualified technicians year round-from pruning during winter months until harvesting at harvest time.
