One of the most famous spumanti in Italy, Biancavigna's story begins with a family legacy. In 2004 Elena and Enrico Moschetta decide to begin fermenting and distilling their own grapes from vineyards owned by Genesio -grandfather- at the end of 1800s. This was how they began an entrepreneurial adventure which combined two generations' experience in winemaking (Enrico) or administration & finances (Elena). They were helped all along Luca Cuzziol who aided them on distribution for Italian territory as also abroad markets like Europe, USA and Canada.
