The La Jara farm has a vineyard that extends to the edge of Piave river where they produce wine with grapes from their own estate as well as wines made by prestigious Italian winemakers like Luigi Veronelli, Stefano Farina, Luca Gardini who are all known for producing some of Italy’s best Chardonnay.
The quality traditional art produced within this land comes out through passion stories about ancient lands such as geographical position, quantity solar radiation which determines how much heat there will be during day time or night time; humidity and temperature also have an effect.
The Marion family has been running the La Jara farm since 1981, and their love for this land is perpetuated by Massimo today. He began working with his brother Paolo in 1999 to run a company that has seen renewed enthusiasm. The unique nature of these lands made up mostly of rocks keeps heat from escaping during daytime hours, returning it at night when fresh aromas are most prevalent.
