Giovanni Cirotto father's legacy has remained strong with 3 generations now pursuing their passion for wine making; from humble beginnings to an acquired vineyard spanning 12 acres.
The new generation of Monticelli winemakers, Monica and Gilberto's grandchildren, bring fresh energy to the family business. They have taken up a task that has been passed down for generations: improving wines from Montello and Asolo hills with their own innovations such as incorporating ancient grape varieties into modern wine-making techniques. Francesco is an important figure in this process; his dedication inspires innovative ideas which are then put forth by the siblings who take care of research on these grapes while he takes charge in production at the cellar where they spend time mastering technique after technique until perfection can be achieved through creativity.
