Damiano Cavaliere settled in Asolo where he took up grape growing and began producing wine for his customers dating back to 1892 when they opened Antica Osteria Al Bacaro. The original founder started serving refreshments behind this simple bare counter that has always been situated near many blacksmith shops and artisans as well as labourers, farmers, laborers looking for rest or just anyone interested in their artisanal wines are still served there today!
The vineyards of Damiano Cavaliere are located on the outskirts of Palermo, Sicily. The two ancient paths lead to this city with 100 horizons and today many people visit these fields as an escape from reality. With a history that can be traced back for generations, it is rumored that if you walk through them long enough you will see your future self at some point in time.
Pia Lorenzato, Antonio and Lorenzo have taken the helm of a traditional winery near Tuscany that was once owned by their now-deceased uncle Damiano Cavaliere. The family is excited to bring this beautiful destination back to life with renewed production in both vineyards and wine making equipment.
